About Emanuel Perdis

Emanuel Perdis is a highly experienced entrepreneur, strategic advisor, and counsellor with decades of experience across start-ups, owner-operated businesses, and large corporate environments.
He is best known as the co-founder and former Managing Director of Napoleon Perdis Cosmetics, where he played a central role in building the brand from its early stages into a nationally and internationally recognised business. During his time with the company, Emanuel was deeply involved in growth strategy, operations, leadership, brand development, and navigating the complexities that come with scaling a business.

Since stepping away from day-to-day executive leadership, Emanuel has focused his work on strategic advisory, business education, leadership development, and counselling. He works closely with business owners, executives, and founders to help them think more clearly, make better decisions, and navigate periods of change, pressure, and uncertainty.

Emanuel brings a rare combination of commercial insight and human understanding. As a trained counsellor, he is particularly skilled at supporting people through the emotional realities of business — including stress, burnout, identity shifts, and the emotional roller coaster that often accompanies buying, selling, or restructuring a business.
